Tony
Our owner and the original Hard Works painter, say hi to Tony O’Donnell!
Tony has been working in construction since graduating from high school, where he worked for one of the top construction firms in the US while attending trade school for carpentry.
After finishing a project here in Bend, he decided to relocate and began working for a local painting company. Fast forward six years to 2018, and Tony set his considerable experience and expertise to opening Hard Works Painting, LLC! The rest, as they say, is history.
Outside of work Tony loves to go deep sea fishing, and he takes the whole Hard Works Painting team on a yearly deep-sea fishing trip! So be sure to ask them about the time they caught a fish “thiiiiiiiiiiiiis big”.
Erin
Our resident ‘Wizard Behind the Curtain’, meet Erin!
While the Hard Works Painting crew is out providing professional paintwork, Erin keeps the business side of Hard Works running smoothly. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, experience with budgeting, forecasting, IT infrastructure planning, and bookkeeping, and an extensive background in contracting and construction, Erin’s insight keeps Hard Works Painting moving forward. If that wasn’t impressive enough, Erin spent time as a Sherwin-Williams manager where she became the color match queen!
When she is not being an absolute rock star, Erin enjoys spending time with her family playing sports, getting into the great outdoors, or visiting museums like the High Desert Museum or OMSI.
